Order cancellations & product returns

If you want to return an order for any reason, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. After you cancel your order, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the order amount excluding shipping costs for delivery and return, which are non-refundable. 

If you return your order, the product will be returned to the provider or shop with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. To process your cancellation or return, please contact us at hello@goodycrew.com.

We will process your refund within 14 days, assuming the product has been returned in good order. If the product or packaging is damaged, your refund may be reduced. Please treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.

Exchanges

Want to exchange your product? Just contact us at hello@goodycrew.com. You will need to pay for shipping when returning the product.

I have provided the wrong delivery address

If you accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us at hello@goodycrew.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order and get your item(s) to you on time.
