If you have entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@goodycrew.com. We will pass the new delivery address to our rider and do our best to get your order to you.

After placing your order, it will be delivered within a maximum of two hours to the specified address.

It is easiest if there is someone to collect your order at the specified address. This way, we can deliver your order personally and ensure it has been received. We can also drop it off at the hotel reception. You can indicate your preferences in the delivery notes during checkout.

Yes, we deliver to any location in Amsterdam. We are happy to deliver your order to your residence, office, hotel, accommodation, apartment, etc. We can leave it at reception. You can provide details during checkout.

Your order will be delivered as soon as possible in Amsterdam, within two hours. In order to offer this flexibility, it is not possible to choose a specific delivery date/time.
